Katarina Alves

A new addition to the Tekken 7 cast and aimed towards beginners, Katarina is an aggressive fighter backed by a haughty attitude and is the adoptive daughter of Gigas. She fights in the style of Savate, which is a unique style to the franchise. Her playstyle is very straight-forward; often relying on rushing down the opponent and baiting counter hits. She has many good and easy to use tools requiring very little execution for great damage. She doesn't have many reliable lows pokes in her gameplay with many of them are launch punishable; making her risky when attempting to poke with low attacks.

Key Moves

1. Great pokes that allows her to enter harrier stance for a chance to mixup the opponent or cancel harrier with pressing "d".

2. A good hopkick launcher that is great for whiff punishing.

3. This is a safe counter hit launcher that has good range and tracks very well to sidestep left.

4. Another great poke to enter into harrier stance and is also a counter hit launcher.
